Return Policy

To enhance your ordering experience with Dr.RAX, we have streamlined our return policy.

Unused Products

You may return any unused items within 30 days of your order date. Please ensure that the product remains unopened, with seals, packaging, and boxes intact. Returns will not be accepted for items that have been opened or used. Reverse pick-up charges will apply based on your location. For card payments, we will process a refund to the original payment method. For Cash-on-Delivery (COD) orders, the amount will be transferred to your bank account upon receiving the returned item.

Damaged Products / Missing Items / Incorrect Orders

If you receive items that are damaged, missing, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. To assist with your claim, send us an unboxing video and photographs of the packaging and products at [email protected] or call us at +91 6202 911 655 within the 48-hour window. After our investigation, we will arrange for a reverse pickup and issue either a replacement or a full refund. Replacement availability will depend on stock. Dr.RAX retains the right to make decisions regarding policy enforcement in these situations. No additional compensation or freebies will be granted under any circumstances. Our liability for any order or product is limited to its value.

Refunds will be processed as follows:

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be returned to the original payment source within five business days.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be credited back to the customer’s bank account within ten business days after we receive the necessary bank details. Customers need to provide their bank information by sending a photo of a cancelled cheque.
  • Return/Refund Policy for Near-Expiry Products

    Products sold under warehouse or clearance sales are available at significant discounts, and their expiration dates are clearly indicated on our website. Purchases made under these terms are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any dietary supplements.

    Cancellation Policy

    To cancel item(s) in your order before dispatch, please specify your preferred refund method. There are two options for refunds:

  • RAX Cash: Choosing this option will add the amount to your Dr.RAX wallet.
  • Back to Source: This option refunds the money to the original payment method/account used for the transaction.
  • Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, www.drrax.com will process the cancellation and initiate the refund based on your selection.
