Affiliate Marketing Program

Eligibility:
- Anyone over the age of 18 can apply to become an affiliate.
- Affiliates must own or manage a website, blog, social media platform, or digital channel related to health, wellness, or a similar field.
- VEDEXIS Healthcare reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its discretion.
Affiliate Responsibilities:
- Affiliates must only promote VEDEXIS Healthcare products on approved platforms.
- Affiliates should use ethical marketing practices and provide honest reviews or promotions.
- Misleading claims or false advertising about VEDEXIS Healthcare products are strictly prohibited.
Commissions:
- Commission will only be credited to affiliates after a successful and completed customer order through the affiliate link.
- Canceled, returned, or refunded orders are not eligible for commission.
- The affiliate commission rate will be based on the percentage agreed upon during the affiliate sign-up process.
- There is no limit to the number of orders an affiliate can generate.
Payment Terms:
- Payment cycle is on the 10th of every month.
- Payments will be made via bank transfer or another method agreed upon by the affiliate and VEDEXIS Healthcare.
- A minimum payout threshold will apply (e.g., ₹1,000); if the affiliate’s commission is below this amount, it will roll over to the next payment cycle.
- Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details to avoid delays.
Affiliate Links and Promotion:
- Affiliates will be provided with unique affiliate links for tracking sales and commissions.
- The use of affiliate links in unsolicited emails, spamming, or unethical marketing practices is prohibited.
- Affiliates must not bid on branded keywords, including “VEDEXIS Healthcare” or variations, without prior approval.
Tracking and Reporting:
- All sales made through affiliate links are tracked by VEDEXIS Healthcare’s affiliate system.
- Affiliates will have access to a dashboard where they can monitor their sales and commissions.
- Any discrepancies in sales tracking must be reported within 15 days of the sale.
Termination:
- VEDEXIS Healthcare reserves the right to terminate any affiliate agreement at its discretion, particularly if an affiliate violates the rules or engages in fraudulent activities.
- Affiliates can also choose to terminate their participation in the program at any time by providing written notice.
Intellectual Property:
- Affiliates may use VEDEXIS Healthcare logos, banners, and other promotional material provided by the company. However, these must not be altered without permission.
- Affiliates must not claim ownership of VEDEXIS Healthcare branding or content.
Taxation:
- Affiliates are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes related to their affiliate income.
Program Modifications:
- VEDEXIS Healthcare reserves the right to modify the affiliate program rules, commission structure, or any other aspect of the program at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any significant changes.
